Right upper abdomen pain since 6 months

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Hello Doctor I was prescribed razo D and meva sr recently for 1 month doc said that I have not taken medicine for long term so it has not been treated properly. I have taken the same for 10 days I'm experiencing constipation from 2 days and itching at anal area after passing stools itching lasts for only 5 to 10 min and stomach burning is also there.. Should I stop the above tablets or continue.. Starting I had done ultrasound scan and urine test both were normal
