Right thumb pain
My right hand thumb nail has vertical split and is very sensitive. Even a slight accidental touch hurts a lot. Entire right hand keeps paining and joints popping. From last few days observing vertical ridges on my nails as well. Kindly suggest.

on the basis of your current history take treatment as follow as
1- Cap Pantop D 1 time per day for 3 day before food.
2- Tab Zerodol Sp 2 time per day for 3 day after food for pain and swelling.
3- Tab Amoxyclav 625 mg 2 time per day for 3 day after food.
4- cap Vizylac 2 time per day for 3 day after food.
5- Cap Multivitamin A to Z Gold 2 time per day for 3 day after food for strength and immunity.
Apply ice cube on the thumb.
