My right side throat pain almost 15 days sometimes dry cough coming I take medicine from medical shop but still pain while taking pain but when I eat it's not much pain but drinking water it's pain I attached pic plz help me it's normal bacteria or cancer sings

It's acute Pharyngitis, do gargles with betadine 1 tsf diluted in half glass of water three times a day, tablet pirox dt suck on it when there is pain, tablet lorfast am bed time
