Right side tonsil problem.
Hello Dr. My right side of tonsil is bigger than left side from last one year but since last year it was painless but from last 2-3 days it becomes painful while eating and swallowing and some white patch or pus is there which is not clearing by finger. Please check and see is it common problem. Please reply 🙏

Now the condition of, Acute tonsillitis you have. Antibiotic medication you can take. Gargle three times daily. Dont touch or try to remove, patches on tonsil. It will come down on its own

It's acute tonsillitis. You need to start with oral antibiotics.Betadine gargle three times a day for 5 days.
