Right side knee pain in certain position
I am a very energetic active guy who is 45 years old that practices kung fu , Tai chi , yoga etc etc . I have side knee pain on my right leg When I walk I barely feel it . When I sit down I feel nothing , when I lay down again I feel nothing I feel a lot of pain when I lay down on my stomach when I lift my right leg up . As soon as I put my leg back down the pain is completely gone . Did I tear something in my right side of my knee ? Like a ligament ?
