Right Shoulder Injury
Hi, i have been sufferring from right shoulder injury for more than 6 months now.I'm not able to touch my left rib with right hand palms.It hurts a lot.I can't rotate my hand either.Had done Alopathy in Narayana, tried Kottakal Ayurveda and now Chinese Accupressure.Can somebody suggest what needs to be done.-Rgds

Hi, At d age of 40yrs if injury by larg trauma it can accepted but if u've little trauma n such pain shares that u need to screen for DM, any way authentic Ayurvedic n Holistic Approach shares a bit detox n therapy like Nasyam, with physiotherapy support will resolve ur kind of issue make sure u continue Rasayan Therapy. Probably u r suffering from frozen shoulder.. Consult an orthopaedician trained in shoulder.. He should be able to evaluate and do the needful.
