Right shoulder
I m unable to lift my hand up using shoulder. At less movement there is no pain. But the more I move my hand my shoulder starts to hurt and the pain also travels down my arm to forearm. Who would be the best person to consult.

You are probably suffering from 'shoulder arc syndrome' . Meet a qualified physical or occupational therapist for proper diagnosis and further management. Its treatable if taken care at early stages.
