RIGHT RENAL SIMPLE CORTICAL CYST
One simple cortical cyst of size (25.0 mm × 14.4mm) noted at upper pole of right kidney.
Is this harmful? I feel mild abdominial pain at upper right side from 15 days & back side pain from 3 to 4 days also. What should I do? What is the treatment? Please help Sir/Madam. I am very tensed as I am 25 years old now.

It can be followed by annual ultrasound examination
