Right Middle back pain
Hi, I m go through deep pain in my right middle back, the pain increases on movement like bending  and stretching my back while standing, its there from 3 to 4 days. I also got muscle spasm in back once few days  back somewhere around the same area. What could be the reason? Is it something serious ?

Hi, get X'RAY Thoracolumbar spine AP/Lat. Views &then consult pl. Meanwhile use Hardbed/ground to sleep.
