Right leg knee is twisted
My right leg knee is twisted at the time of playing cricket last year, and I have taken some medicine for pain and I have checked with ESI hospital, doctor told do some excessize every day, after doing that some time I cant walk and run its hampering for this joint pain, and some sound was coming in my knee..

Please get a MRI to rule out meniscus and ACL tear. Consult Orthopaedic surgeon.
