  4. Right Knee injury. Of ligament injury?

Right Knee injury
I had ijured my knee 2 weeks ago. Initially it got swollen and i was unable to walk. X-ray report shown no fracture. Now i can stand and walk also(not freely though) but it hurts while walking up/down on the stairs. Also i am unable to straighten my knee fully (90% i can do). Is it sign of ligament injury? Please advice. Thanks in advance.

With the given information it is difficult to suggest ligament injury, But as history suggest immediate swelling and unable to walk, there are chances of ligament injury.
