Right inner elbow pain
I face a dull pain in my right inner elbow, especially while doing cable tricep pushdown with a straight bar and pronated grip shoulder width apart. This pain lasts for few days after which it starts fading away. I feel a dull pain at my ring and inner finger and at my inner wrist. This is the second time that's happening to me in past two weeks. I previously had a hairline fracture in my elbow about 13 years ago, but I'm guessing that's irrelevant since this pain is dull and I'm able to do everything, even bench press 160 pounds without much trouble at elbow. This pain flares up when doing tricep pushdown only, and not with other tricep exercise like bench dips. I will obviously stop pushdown and replace it with other exercise but, what could be the issue? Thanks

Seems to be a inflammation of the muscle arising from the inner elbow, better to show an Orthoapedician, who can diagnose and advise appropriate strapping and medicines
