There are many reasons for wrist drop. MRI scan is not necessary if no head injury. It's a localised problem what you are facing. Consult one Physiotherapist and start muscle stimulation for your wrist drop. Warm up your muscles around the forearm region twice a day. Start strengthening exercises.
