Right hand rest is getting pain
Right hand rest is getting pain while removing bike from parking i have lifted bike suddenly rest got over loaded from last night . i am not able to lift small weights . finger movement hand movement is ok

Strain due to over weight. Tk muscle relaxant medicine after food and do hot fermentation. Otherwise physiotherapy treatment for 5 days
