Right Hand moment is low

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Hi there.. I just became a Father And blessed with a baby girl (4th day Today) Her birth was normal but at last her shoulder was stuck in her mothers vagina Now that hamd moment is very low from shoulder to joint If i hold her hand in air it fell down She move her left arm easily even while i try to move away but not with her right hand.right hand and palm movement are ok but from shoulder part its not moving even she is playing or crying what should we do is there are any treatment , which treatment should i look, how much time it will take Please help us.. We are very tence , dont know what to do how to handle the situation Please guide us
