Right Groin pain

Right Groin pain

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I have enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes in right iliac fossa. I'm taking medicines for this. And now i have pain in my right groin area, frequent urination, cloudy urine and sometimes vaginal pain and sometimes transparent watery discharge which is very mild and not enough to stain my panties, I could only feel that discharge. Appendicitis, stones were ruled out in ct scan. Uti ruled out in urine test and urine culture. Pls help why I'm having this symptoms
