This looks like lid infection
Try
A. Warm compresses
B. Apply antibiotic ointment like moxifloaxacin twice daily along lid margins
C. Take systemic antibiotic
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis.kindly consult local ophthalmologist

There seems to be a stye. Please do hot foamentation and put some antibiotic eye eg moxicip and oint ocupol eye oint at bed time. Also take some oral antibiotic e.g. ciplox500 and anti inflammatory tab e.g. diclogesic one tab twice daily for 5 days.
