Right Eye vision With circular Image

My mom Age:51 Seeing one circle like image in different colours and size when see closes left eye and See's through right eye it's clear but when seeing with two eyes the circle is not clear.
It's been two weeks and for your kind information she is a diabetes patient.so what might be the issue.She is not wearing specs and don't have any other symptoms.

You need to take her to an ophthalmologist in clinic.
Unless the problem is diagnosed correctly, medication can't be started.

Hello!! If i am interpreting correctly what you are describing are colored halos. Its could be cataract if not already operated for, or could be a sign of glaucoma or corneal issue. Also as she is diabetic retina must be examined. I would suggest you to get her a physical consultation with an ophthalmologist for proper examination.
