Although there are many causes for your symptoms, i think you have conjunctivitis and it may be contagious. Get an opinion of an Ophthalmologist immediately before further blurring of vision occurs.

There are many causes for redness most common being allergy,infection ,dryness etc.
If it is only redness then no need for treatment except some lubricating eyedrop.
If redness is associated with other symptoms then please elaborate those symptoms
Now blurred vision could be due to uncorrected refractive error
Kindly consult local opthalmologist and get eyesight checked
