Right Eye Pain and Swelling

Hi, I am A Hypertension Patient Using Telmikind H from One and Half year and Recently Recoverd from Covid ( a month ago ) and Experiencing mild Headache and little pain on my right eye and lite swelling om my cheek bone, Please Suggest what should I do ? Should I Consider this as a Symptom of Black Fungus ?
