Swelling on left eye lid and its paining

Asked for Female, 20 Years

There is a swelling on left eye lid and it pains even while blinking the eye. She has consulted a doctor when she was in her native place, and is using the eye drops and medicines prescribed by him but the swelling and the pain is still present so what you you suggest?
