Sir there are lot many causes for redness in eye. If you don't wish to step outside then consider the following:
1. If there is sticky discharge from the eye then start with Eyedrops Moxicip 1 drop 4 times a day for 7 days
2. If there is no discharge but the eyes are itching then start with Eyedrops Ocurest 1 drop 3 times a day for 7 days
3. In addition to above mentioned treatment for soothing comfort you can start with lubricant eyedrops like Eyedrops Refresh Liquigel or Refresh Tears 1 drop 3 times a day for 30 days.
4. Cold compress to the eye 3 times a day.
5. Keep a gap of 15 minutes between each eyedrop.
