You have computer vision syndrome.
1 - use lubricating eyedrops 2 hourly during pc use
2- follow rule of 20-20-20- after every 20 minutes,take a 20 seconds break and look 20feet ahead.
3 limit screen time
4- adequate hydration
5- proper nutrition
6- physical exercises
7- include omega 3 fatty acids in your diet.
8- make sure your laptop is place slightly higher than your line of vision
