Right eye discomfort and dull pain
Is it possible to have an infection in right eye without the eye become red and swollen. I am experiencing just a dull ache/discomfort in right eye which is going on in for last 14 days. Is there any possibility for infection here without eye become red/swollen ?

It is possible that you have a para nasal sinus inflammation that is causing a dull ache. Get an X Ray PNS done and a CBC.
