Right chest dull pain
From 15 days when I walk fastly pain is trigger in my right chest when I stop it goes if I do other activiy than walking no pain feels what is the reason

Due to dehydration you are feeling this pain, start deep breathing exercises, take early morning walk if possible and do take water and mineral rich diet to keep yourself fit and healthy.

Is there habit to lying on right side most time like to watching TV? About food intake for last 2 weeks? Any hit or fall on right out stretched hand?

How much time ur going for a walk? May be there is a muscle weakness,better do breathing exercises,even though if pain didn't subside consult near by physiotherapy center
