I have a heavy pain in right leg & unable to seat more than five minutes in one place/ position. I already done MRI report & its show 'right broad based posterior - central herniation' in report

Next Steps
Till then You can Use Hot fomentation over lower back & right hip region for 15min. followed by any pain relief gel like Dynapar or Signoflame. Do some stretchings of Right Hams,Glutes & Calf.

Try to wear Corset belt. Avoid floor activities. Avoid cross leg sitting. You need proper treatment and advice. Visit to nearest physiotherapy clinic for proper assessment and treatment.
