Right ASIS Apophysitis
I've been diagnosed with Right ASIS Apophysitis. I'm a track runner and have a big meet in about 2 weeks. My doctor said no running for 7-10 days and it's been 5. I've been icing my hip every 3 hrs whenever I can, but I just want to get a second opinion on the situation and how I should proceed.

Rest is the treatment. Pain would get permanently better when the apophysis fused with the remaining bone around 18 years of age.
