RIGHT ARM AND LEGS FEEL NUMB
My father always complains that his right leg and hand starts feeling numb in the early morning when we wakes up. Also when he sits for a long period. Please help.

Dear Sir,
the complains of your father of getting numbness in both leg and hand on right side, is not a good sign, as this may be sounding signs of occurance of stroke. What is his BP level, you should first consult a neurologist, and get evaluated, before doing any stretching exercises, once they clear you then only get consultation from an orthopedic doctor.

It may be due to mild disc disease of spine
Ask him to do mild stretch exercise
And if pain or numbness increases to visit a doctor
