Right side 7th ribs costal cartilage is not developed properly now at the age of 47 it is causing stress and pain in the rib cage need proper balancing of rib cage.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. But how did you deduce that it hasn't developed properly? Or who told you this? My advise would be to get it checked out by a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
