Cosmetic correction of the nose is known as rhinoplasty. Though nose can be reshaped significantly there are limitations too. Usually after surgery your nose won't become weak if surgery is done by a experienced rhinoplasty surgeon. Healing after rhinoplasty is a continuous process and most of the healing occurs within few weeks after surgery
