Pain in right wrist fingers on and off since 2 years, foot, knee and elbow also involved (all right side)- though not as much as wrist and fingers

What is your profession? It seems to be more due to overload of the right upper limb. Probably mouse use or activities that require stress on the hand. Focus on your lifestyle to identify the risk factors.
