Rheumatoid Arthritis in Hand
I am 37 Years Old Female suffering from chronic Type 1 Diabetes from last 10 years Insulin dependent. But My Blood Sugar levels are in Good Control and my current HbA1C is 6.8
But I have Vitamin D deficiency that 17.1 only and Now I am suffering from
Hand pain, finger pain, swelling, and stiffness in hand fingers Feet and hand joints got pain and swelling so done RA Factor test and result is NEGATIVE
But wants know why I am suffering from Hand and feet joint pains and swelling could you please suggest the treatment and medicine for my problem please.

Not all patients of rheumatoid arthritis have RA factor +. Do you have stiffness in the morning, if so how long does it last? Did you have any fever before the onset of joint pains. Small joint pains may also be seen after viral fevers. You need to get some additional tests before starting any treatment. For the timebeing you may take Tab. Hifenac-p twice daily for pain relief, and apply hot packs to hands and feet. Consult an orthopaedician or rheumatologist near you for clinical evaluation and proceed according to his/ her advice.
