Rheumatoid Arthritis
I was infected by this disease at my age of 12. Till now I had been under many local medications.. But no improvements. And now I have gone to an expert in this field last week. Started taking medicines he prescribed. My questions here are,
1. what makes this disease ? Source ??
2. How can we avoid sudden severe pains ?? Should we apply hot water/cold water ? What's the easy sudden relief ?? Or we are born to bear this pain !??

ad this disease. There is no complete cure for this disease but you can live a symptom free life just like a normal person by being extra cautious.you should avoid cold exposure and cold foods.any mild joint pain should be taken seriously and treated early(rest/splinting/taking analgesics) to avoid long term damage. You need to be taking DMARD(specific medicines prescribed by your orthopedist or rheumalogist).There are several recent medications which are costlier but worth it to spend upon.
