If you both have negative blood groups , then she doesn't need anti -D injection(Rhogam)
If she is Rh negative and you are positive then she need Anti -D injection at 28 wks (7 mth) of pregnancy and within 72 hr after birth if baby also positive ( if baby' s blood group is Rh negative ,this need not be given )

The report attached herewith is not of Rh(Rhesus)or Blood group , it is of Rheumatoid factor which is a totally different disease spectrum unrelated to your question.

If wife has Rh negative blood group and husband is positive blood group, there is possibility that baby blood group could be positive.
Your wife needs to get Anti D Ig at 7th month and post delivery again if baby's blood group is positive.
The report that you have attached is of completely different thing which is Rheumatoid factor.
