My dentist told me that it is impossible to reverse tooth decay. He told me that it is in its initial stage but cannot be healed.Is there any way to reverse it?

only initial carious lesion can be reversed with flouride therapy. but if itz more advanced then it needs filling

Yes, if the decay has already started it will increase if you do not fill it. You should do your filling early
