My current hba1c is 7.6 %.only borderline iron deficiency according to latest lab report.should I increase walking time to 90 mnts from 45.what other measures?

Walking is good if there are no contraindications to it. If u r not on any medicines, better to start safe medicines like metformin or gliptins.
