Pain in my right side of lower abdomen only during early morning when I feel for urination but after urination I feel relaxed. This is happening since last 1 mnth.I m 33 yr old unmarried girl. Plz help. Smtimes I also experience lower back pain in right side. Plz suggest d treatment n solution.
