  4. Pain in lower abdomen. Be the reason?

Pain in lower abdomen
I've been experiencing cramp and pain while urinating since a week, feel like a pressure in lower abdomen, Cramps, I also have a history of surgery for ovarian cyst. Can you please tell me what is it? So that I can take medicines for this, Also I've lifted up heavy things before that, Could that be the reason?
