Retractable testicles after pilonidal su
Hi, I got pilonidal surgery last year in July and after that in Nov I started noticing retractable testicle of my right testicle. Now gradually in Feb this year, I noticed that the right testicle is slightly forward and left testicle is backward, also I have noticed that my foreskin has connected to my scrotum in such a way that right testicle is slightly lifted and horizontal. What can be done about this. I am really tensed and not able to concentrate on anything. I am also worried that this doesn't go worse and becomes an undescended testicle. I don't want any kind of surgery. Please help and suggest.

Pilonidal sinus  surgery has nothing to do with  testes.  Anatomically  both testes are at different levels  so don't worry about this
Next Steps
incase you  still  feel  pain or discomfort in  testes  get a consultation done with  surgeon and get a  Doppler ultrasound scrotum to find  cause of pain

Pilonidal sinus surgery seemingly has nothing to do with your testicular and scrotal problems. There is no need for worries as well. In my opinion, a thorough clinical examination by surgeon is mandatory. Thanks.
