Asked for Male, 20 Years

I am myopic in both eyes. i get my retina periodically checked twice in a year. Last got my dilated retina check up two months back which was fine with no issues. Recently i saw some floaters so i went back for check up as my treating doctor was not available another doctor saw me and told i have small hole with lattice in my RE which is completely new to hear and asked for barrage laser. my question is what should i do now.. i am nervous.. will i go blind?
