My vision is 90% damaged due to high diabetes I have undergone surgery once but still retina - no vision , now I've developed cataract as well what should I do ? I can barely see kindly help me understand

Secondary cataract after retina surgery is common.Although it's expected that your vision will improve after cataract extraction, the final vision will depend on the status of your retina.

Please get cataract surgery done. There will be an improvement in vision after that.
