I had bracesses on my teeths for 8months after that i dint used reatiners so it started occering gaps between teeths....then again i had it on my theets for 6months....i got married nd get it off during pregency....after post delvry since 4 month iam not useing it so faceing problem....space in occuring again what should i doo

You have to wear retainer mandatory for 9 months post braces treatment. And continue wearing it post that in your sleep at night. Failure of braces treatment happens because patients don't wear retainers
