Retainer developed crack
My retainer has developed a crack and i think I need to replace it asap. How long does it take to make a new retainer? Also till the time I get a retainer, should I expect a lot of movement.

You need to consult your Orthodontist immediately and get a new one fabricated. It normally takes 2-3 days after taking your impressions. In case of just 2-3 days, less chances of relapse. But do not delay it any more further.

Hi, It’s advisable for you to get a new retainer as soon as possible. Kindly visit your orthodontist, impression will be taken and your new retainer should be ready within a week. Until then continue using the existing retainer while you still can. Nothing to worry about the movement.
