Restless limb syndrome
I am facing restless limb(leg and arm) syndrome. I am doing strength training in Gym from past 1.5 years. But i didn't face any such issues. It started all of sudden may be due to  heavy workout session. I am not able to sleep daily at night. Could you please suggest something to cure it soon.
