You need to give detail history before diagnosing restless leg syndrome . There so many risk factors for rls like diabetes, alcoholism, malnutrition,  sleep disturbances, caffeine and certain drug use. Currently we can manage symptoms of rls very well with medications. But you need to give detail history ,so that we can treat it better. However please maintain sleep hygiene before going to  medicine for sleep
Next Steps
Psychiatrist consultation
Health Tips
Regular exercise, avoid tea, coffee, smoking and alcohol. Maintain good sleep hygiene
