I'm having restless feeling on my neck bones.
I always have to stretch, bend and crack by bones in every 4-5 mins.
May be because I use to watch tv for long time by lying down, using pillow to support my neck.
I consulted to doctors they suggested to do yoga.
Please suggest what could solve this problem.
I having this issue for almost 7 years.
