From more than 15 days I am not able to sleep properly. When ever I feel sleepy I feel restless and there is twitching in body. My sleep is for 1 hour or some times for few minutes and then I am not sleeping the whole night. And during day time I am not able to sleep please tell why this happing to me. I even does not think too much at night. Sometimes I am feeling too much sleepy but when switch off the lights and go for sleep unable to sleep after feeling sleepy!

Some habits that can improve your sleep health:
Be consistent. Go to bed at the same time each night and get up at the same time each morning, including on the weekends
Make sure your bedroom is quiet, dark, relaxing, and at a comfortable temperature
Remove electronic devices, such as TVs, computers, and smart phones, from the bedroom
Avoid large meals, caffeine, and alcohol before bedtime
Get some exercise. Being physically active during the day can help you fall asleep more easily at night.
