What is Resting heart rate? Whether it is while sitting still or while walking around the house?
My HR while sitting still is 70-80 and while walking around the house is 100. Is this normal? My ecg, echo, blood test and thyroid all r normal..

Resting heart rate means heart rate when you are at rest - lying down or sitting.
