hello sir, sure you ll gett a physiotherapist at your doorstep, and protocol can be planned. Iwould request you to put some light over the current problems being faced. And visiting a clinic would not be a good idea since the patient is too old to travel, he will be needing physiotherapy at home, and a person who is experienced in geriatric care.
