My father (53 years) had an acute MI and coronary angiography showed CAD with triple vessel disease.
The LAD had ~90% stenosis with thrombus, and PTCA with two drug-eluting stents (2.5×36 mm and 2.75×36 mm) was done in the LAD with TIMI-3 flow achieved.
Complete diagnosis :
S/P PTCA + Stent → LAD (2 stents)IRA
Advice: PTCA + Stent → RCA later
TROPONIN :
>30000 ng/L
CK-MB
88.50 ng/ml
creatinine 0.61mg/dl
His echo showed LVEF around 40%. He was discharged on Deplatt-A (aspirin + clopidogrel), Tomact 80, Met XL 25, Cardace, Nicoran 5, Cilostazol 100 twice daily, and
diabetes medicines including insulin.
Could you please advise if this treatment plan and medicines are appropriate? Or any advice...
